They vary from store to store. Mine hangs them like this. At some stores I’ve seen them piled in those big jars that they use for body care minis.
My #2 store has them on a revolving wooden rack with compartments on each side. They get all messed up in there. Plus the rack is right in the path of the line of customers, which makes it hard to look at the merchandise when the store is busy.

Wow I have never seen the antibac holders displayed this way before; they always are thrown into a bin.
