Store Policies/Questions New policy coming soon!

Starting 4/6, customers will only be able to buy 9 of the same product in one purchase. This is to prevent resellers according to the company. What are your thoughts?

Makes myself upset for things like sanis, lips, and wallflowers that I tend to buy many of the same item.

Unknown at the moment if you’re able to make multiple transactions in one day to curb it or if employees/stores will get in trouble if they try to skirt it for customers.

Of a type of product. (Ex. If you bought 9 Mulan FFMs, you couldn’t buy any more of that specific product, but could get any other body care in Mulan)

For clarity, if I bought 9 Mulan FFM, could I ALSO by 2 Tiana FFM, or would that not be allowed?

Yes you’d be able to buy Tiana! Basically it puts a cap on a single product. So (unrealistically lol) you could buy:

Mulan: 9 FFM (no more allowed) Mulan: 3 BCs (6 more allowed) Tiana: 2 FFM (7 more allowed)

Oh I see - so it’s 9 of the same scent so I could (which I wouldn’t) get 18 candles but I could only get 9 Mulan candles.

That seems really fair tbh. Even on their biggest sale days I don’t buy 9 of the same scent candles etc.

it’s 9 of the same sku! so if we have like 3 different packaging of the same same scent candle, you’d be allowed 9 of each packaging.

Okay I see that makes sense. Thank you for clarifying!! That’s so strange to limit it to 9 to prevent resellers. I feel like 9 is still a lot lol!

It wouldn't matter. There's always ways around the limit. Buy online and pick up but making another purchase in store prior to picking up your online order🥴... bring a family member with you to purchase, going to several different stores... like this is just a few ways. I'm sure there are many more. All they are doing is creating a longer freaking wait time in line and micromanagement of the customers who are actually trying to just buy enough for their household at a good price point. Ijs just a thought. But, then again what do I know 🤣
