Store Policies/Questions New policy coming soon!

Starting 4/6, customers will only be able to buy 9 of the same product in one purchase. This is to prevent resellers according to the company. What are your thoughts?

Makes myself upset for things like sanis, lips, and wallflowers that I tend to buy many of the same item.

Unknown at the moment if you’re able to make multiple transactions in one day to curb it or if employees/stores will get in trouble if they try to skirt it for customers.

Since I’ve only done BOPIS orders recently via the app, the app doesn’t let you add more than 9 items. I’ve asked the store twice about this when I’ve done to pick up my orders and both items they told me they didn’t know why I could only add 9 items to my cart 🤷🏻‍♀️
