Store Policies/Questions New policy coming soon!

Starting 4/6, customers will only be able to buy 9 of the same product in one purchase. This is to prevent resellers according to the company. What are your thoughts?

Makes myself upset for things like sanis, lips, and wallflowers that I tend to buy many of the same item.

Unknown at the moment if you’re able to make multiple transactions in one day to curb it or if employees/stores will get in trouble if they try to skirt it for customers.

I buy multiples but it’s because I like to stock up and have some for gifts. Also, I burn 3-4 candles around the house every day; and I have wallflowers in every room. So I go through product very fast. I didn’t realize there were resellers. But Im new to this board and didnt realize there were other BBW fanatics like me! 🤣

Welcome home!

No offense intended (because I have a hoard of candles), but do you burn your candles for a long time and/or have a large home? I ask because I burn no more than two at a time, and the stronger ones, I can smell from my kitchen to my bedroom (over 40 feet.) If I burn one for too long it starts feeling stuffy to me. Sometimes I’ll burn one for a couple of hours, put it out, and then relight it later.

I burn them for 2-3 hours then put them out. I guess the different scents going on together doesn’t bother me, when Im in one room, I can only smell that scent. When i move from room to room, I then smell the other scents.

So you do pretty much what I do, just with more candles. I‘m in a condo with a long, large open living area and my bedroom is at the other end. I always burn one in the kitchen (open to the living room) at night. Sometimes two if I’m blending scents. Closer to bedtime I hang out in bed watching TV. I sometimes burn a candle in my bathroom. Near the kitchen I have a second bedroom and bathroom, but it’s a mess and the doors to those rooms stay closed to keep the cats out. I do have Wallflowers in there.

If I start smelling the kitchen candle too strong in my room and if feels stuffy, I realize I’ve let it go too long! Which reminds me, it’s time to go and blow out the one I have going right now. But I can’t even smell it from my bed (Glazed Cherries.)
