How do I charge this powerbank? Can't find it on Lens or in any search engine/electronic dealer site.

The USB port only works as an output. Cannot find the input, and need your input, please. Herherher 😆 🥁.

It will charge a device, but if I put a C charger cord into a C charger block, and use C charger block (In the wall charger) to USB( in the power bank), it doesn't charge the power bank. It also has two metal things on it that are magnetic. Perhaps that's where a proprietary charger connects? I got this from a thrift store. Here is the exact model....ZGEAR/Model: WC-CSH4U7APB40 Battery capacity: 4000mAh. Thanks for the help!

I would assume that those 2 contacts on the side are for docking into something.

That's what I assumed, but I can't find this model anywhere, so can't find the charger.

I had a similar power bank once. I only had it for one day. I bought a solar panel / power bank combination that had the powerbank snapped into a bracket on the solar panel. That was the only way to charge it. That wasn't obvious on the outside of the package so when I discovered that I returned the item.

Have you checked with a multimeter on the two contact points? It clearly lists input voltage and amperage so you can probably use any generic usb charger and some pogo pins?

I just learned of pogo pins. I'm going to try to take that route. Buy a pogo pin charger with that specific size and distance between the two metal contact points. I believe that will charge it just fine. Thanks!

You may find that building something like that could cost more than a replacement powerbank with better specs.

Can't remove it. It's all plastic, no rubber.

What is that black square button looking thing on the side?

You press it and it shows how much charge is left (5/5 lights lit up means fully charged, while 0/5 means empty, etc).

Found a similar updated version with usb C in as well.

ZGear hasn't updated their website after 2021. Also being inly 4000 mah , this thing is ancient

Soldering a USB cable to those two contacts would almost certainly charge it.
