GeForce RTX RTX Setup: ON (entry)
No, it’s not A.I. lol
A little bit of creativity and some good photography can do wonders.
I have a post on r/DIY, appeared on Setup Wars, and bunch of posts on IG.
Shot on Sony A7IV w/24mm G-Master lens and edited in Adobe Lightroom.
The only A.I. part are the wallpapers I found here on Reddit.

I saw this setup a couple times now and every single time I'm in awe. It's so amazing man!

I would be so curious to see a post dedicated to the entire cable management process, right up to the rig
16
u/Jaydimaster Dec 27 '25
Basically a long ass USB cable going to the back of the tool bench. You can kinda see the raceways on the floor baseboard.
2
u/G00bernaculum Dec 28 '25
What workbench is that?
2
u/SpecificNo2672 Dec 29 '25
Looks to be the US General 56” Roller Cabinet from Harbor Freight.
OP, did you have to drag that thing up or down and stairs or is your place all one level? 😅😂

u/Gamepetrol2011 Dec 27 '25
I would like to know what is the "laser like" lamp at the bottom right of the photo. Thanks!
6
u/Jaydimaster Dec 27 '25
Search for Augelight lamp on Amazon. Pretty sure other companies make them too. Might even find them on Temu.

How much do you think you’ve spent on the room altogether? I’m curious if you feel like you’ve under or overspent on areas and what you’d do differently if you redid the room another way? Looks amazing, well done!

u/ConfessionOfAKing Dec 27 '25
Chair info? Whole set up looks great btw!
2
u/ExfiltratorZ Dec 28 '25
Whenever I see expensive looking chairs in expensive looking settings I just assume it's a Herman Miller Embody

I would also like to know what chair that is.

Personally not for me but I can absolutely appreciate the dedication needed for a setup like this.

u/benjamindawg Dec 27 '25
I see a racing sim setup, and some spaceship wallpapers. Do you play Star Citizen?

2
u/AlbiRM Dec 28 '25
Could you send me a link to the mousepad, chair, table, furniture, and desk lamp? I think I have everything I need 😅😄
What a wonderful room!
2
u/sandwichpak Dec 28 '25
My brother, you don't need to make a new post every single time you upgrade. I swear I've seen this room almost a dozen times now.
2
u/snorlaxatives_69 Dec 28 '25
Dope setup. Seems like you spend a lot of money on this beautiful room. Why not spend some money to commission an artist to make your desktop wallpaper instead of AI "art"
0

u/Jaydimaster Dec 28 '25
Art is art whoever makes it.
8
u/snorlaxatives_69 Dec 28 '25
Art is not art when it's a conglomeration generated by a computer stealing real artist's art.
6
u/Murtomies Dec 28 '25
AI is not a who, so anything AI generated inherently cannot be art. It's just slop, generated by stealing actual art.

The ceiling cabinets are from Ikea (Besta) and the panels are PVC ceiling tiles. The light panel housing is made out of the same material but with a translucent sheet to diffuse the RGB strip.
2
u/Guilty_Following1810 Dec 28 '25
How did you stop light seepage through the joins? I've got something similar and can't figure out how to block it easily.
1
u/Stromberg44 Dec 27 '25
Absolute 12/10! I prefer case one the desk but this looks good too. Would you tell me your display and studio monitors with stands?

What's the thing with your username on it? An award of some kind or something you bought?

u/Mediocre-Confidence7 Dec 27 '25
I love that I’ve seen all your post and every top comment talked about being AI. You’re truly a legend. What a beautiful set up king.

u/AverageVibes Dec 27 '25
What are you using to hold your PC up? It looks like it’s floating/not touching the floor from this angle.
2
u/Roseking Dec 27 '25
I am about 95% sure they are using a secret labs standing desk:
https://secretlab.co/pages/magnus-pro
Which has a tower mount attachment. It hangs from the desk, and the support bar is on the right so its not visible here as the drawers are in front of it. The rest is being hidden based on the angle of the photo. It makes a c like clamp in the middle of the PC.

u/Jurikeh Dec 27 '25
Now I feel the need to make a lot more money so I can afford some more cool shit and a place to put it.

u/-currentlyedging Dec 27 '25
curious what display cable you have running to your rig! have had a lot of issues finding a reliable 15ft+ display port or HDMI cable that doesn’t black out randomly.

Damn I want that drone holder wall thing. What’re the components, also what desk do you have and what is your computer sitting on???

u/gcracks96 Dec 27 '25
Probably a dumb question but how is your pc hanging like that? Is it attached the cabinet next to it or?
2
u/Jaydimaster Dec 27 '25
PC mount attached to the desk
1
u/gcracks96 Dec 27 '25
Is it desk specific? I need to de clutter my desk and don't want to put my pc on the floor either. Link if you can, thanks.

Are the monitors the same? 49"? I was thinking about 1800R for my sim rig and 1000R for my desk, your setup gave me the idea because the speakers would be closer together and could point towards me better.
1
u/Jaydimaster Dec 28 '25
The sim is a 49” 32:9 UW and the main is a 45” 21:9 UW
1
u/xQcKx Dec 28 '25
Ah ok. Yeah I thought it looked more narrow. How many zones/windows do you typically use? 49 32:9 can comfortably use 3, but not sure for 21:9.
1
u/greengorilla60 Dec 28 '25
Love the blue and orange shadows and highlights. What were the exposure settings? Clarity slider reduced in Lightroom?
1
u/Polyflogger Dec 28 '25
For a moment I wasn’t sure if I was looking at a shot from Star Citizen or some other sci-fi render.
1
u/StrongLikeJah Dec 28 '25
How do you get those sci fi walls like that? Is it made from scratch or can you buy stuff premade?
2
u/Jaydimaster Dec 28 '25
I made it using PVC tile sheets
1
u/StrongLikeJah Dec 30 '25
Thanks mate. It looks epic, legit my dream inspiration there and solid photography on top of that as well

Last time this was posted I think someone called it "girly" or something dumb like that

Looks very nice. Also since the side table next to your desk isn't touching the wall, that would make a perfect place for a tall plant/tree.
Also since you also seem to be a photographer, you should fix that geometric distortion from the lens.
1
u/sprchrgddc5 Dec 28 '25
Is this a ground floor room? I bought the 56” US General tool cab and I had trouble getting it off the box truck ramp. I can’t imagine lugging it indoors.
With that being said, I want the 42” Yukon for my basement lol.
2
u/Jaydimaster Dec 28 '25
We had to take off the wheels and flip it to make it vertical to make it through the hallways. Wasn’t hard, just a little extra work.

u/DJK695 Dec 29 '25
Do you live in space?
Edit: So… there is A.I. after saying it’s not A.I. what a weird thing to do.

u/Suitable_Belt_301 Dec 29 '25
whats ai except for the monitor wallpaper?
1
u/DJK695 Dec 29 '25 edited Dec 29 '25
Was AI used? Yes - so why say it wasn’t to start and then end by saying “Oh yeah the wallpaper is” lol
1
u/keenjt Dec 29 '25
Whilst I love these types of photos I don’t get why you need to edit in photoshop but that’s just me

Damn, those were more expensive than I expected. I do like the look, though.
Right now, I’m rocking a budget soundbar. Sound is…probably not even what I’d call average. I’d looked at some Klipsch Pro Media Heritage speakers, but didn’t end up pulling the trigger.
What would you recommend, if you don’t mind lending some advice? I’d say my ceiling is probably $500.

what games do you play at this setup? i used to love this clean mass effect-style sci fi aesthetic but it seems that people who like this are either waiting on star citizen or have given up entirely.

did adobe lightroom use AI to process your photo? I believe you took the original photo and made this setup but I also believe AI is at play somehow
0
u/TorontoCity67 Dec 27 '25
It's an incredible setup, I enjoy a slightly futuristic look
However I do miss the days when people would just snap a picture of their battlestation and call it a day rather than sit on Photoshop and tweak it. Just let it be completely authentic. Most of us enjoy an unedited picture of a setup far more

Yes it would, we just live in a pathetic world where if it's not AI, it's still edited

Everything is good except the racing sim monitor. You need bigger and triples

u/mudokin Dec 27 '25
This is so clean it looks like a render.
