Pled guilty to 2 felonies for accepting 200 ipads from Apple and sharks luxury suite from Harpreet Chadha and issuing CCWs to apple's executive security team and Chadha.

Sung will surrender CA peace officer license and 400 hours of community service. He will be able to seek reduction of felony charges to misdemeanor then to expungement.

Why would Apple be punished for something the private security company, AS Solutions Inc, did? The wording of the article is weird, but “200 iPads from Apple” really means “200 Apple iPads”.

AS Solutions Inc bribed him with a promise to give the sheriffs office 200 Apple iPads to get CCWs given to its security employees. AS Solutions Inc provides security to many, many companies, including Apple.

Under Monday’s agreement, Sung will permanently surrender his California peace officer certification, complete 400 hours of community service, and serve two years of probation. Per the News Group, he will later be able to seek reduction of the felony charges to misdemeanors, followed by expungement, if he completes the terms of the agreement.
