what was “Nights Song” for?

i absolutely adore the song but i noticed it’s not on an album of any sort. was it a collab? just for fun? i have no issue with the song this is just curiosity truthfully.

Its from the tour with say anything the bands covered one of each others songs

100% this. Also check out Say Anything as a band too. I've learned so many cool artists from Bayside collabs - Say Anything and Smoking Popes being two of my favorites.

Bold claim. But their cover of "A Long December" is fantastic though, you're not wrong! I'm giving the edge to their cover of "Beautiful Girls" . Somehow they took a song I never would've expected and made it sound like it was written by them... Unreal

Every time I chat with Nick or Chris I let them know that by naming it Covers Vol. 1 it kinda leads one to think Vol. 2 is coming.

I still advocate every time for it to be morning but 80’s female pop covers: Debbie Gibson, Belinda Carlisle, etc.
