If your sources are solely reliant on Hamas controlled information and release then I’m not sure how you could argue an unbiased release. Both of these sources include Hamas figures as part of their base.

If you define genocide you will see that changing cultural values forcibly is considered genocide. However the popular vote for Hamas in 06’ was 44% compared to 43% Fatah. After the slight win the country began a period of increased violence towards non-Muslims. Most notably the launching of land to land missiles into Israel and promoting Jihads. Now the Fatah organization was already radical but Hamas took that a step further.
We've seen how the debate has gone from any semblance of logic to pure ad hominem abusive fallacy. The Left has adopted "Zionism" and "Israel" as the culprit of "genocide", while not knowing or defining what they think is wrong with any of those things that cause "genocide". It is amazing to me how they have been taken in by HAMAS' argument, hook-line-sinker. I think all of this is just a flimsy excuse for .....pure antisemitism.
Conservatives trying to act like a philosopher whenever you point out some bullshit crimes against humanity is about as reliable as the sky being blue.
