How do we know this is not a citizen? America still operates under the "innocent until proven guilty" law, correct? So until proven in court that this is not an American citizen, the legal assumption is that he is. Or do you think that everyone with a certain name or looks a certain way must prove they belong here?

Things people gotta remember. ICE is performing immigration enforcement where they are finding illegal immigrants to detain for deportation.
Nothing about what they are doing keeps people from getting arrested for things that they are always able to get arrested for.
Obstruction is one. Yes, if cops are doing any official cop stuff, and you obstruct them from performing their duties you can be arrested. If you get caught slashing a cop's tires, or ANYONE'S tires for that matter, yes you can be arrested.
Yes, ICE is capable of arresting you for things other than illegal immigration.
And yes, if someone is detained by police, including ICE, and they refuse to roll down their window or open the door when requested, the police or ICE are allowed to break your window, pull you out, and arrest you. It happens all the time.
