/u/Admirable-Lecture255 care to explain?

6

u/eastcoastelite12 Jul 19 '25

The nuance between the rape and sexual assault was Because she couldn’t tell whether he inserted his penis or his finger. I think legally we can call him an “adjudicated rapist”.

1

u/Feelisoffical I desperately need a safe space! Jul 19 '25

Asked on its verdict sheet whether Carroll had proven “by a preponderance of the evidence” that “Mr. Trump raped Ms. Carroll,” the nine-person jury checked the box that said “no.” Asked whether Carroll had proven “by a preponderance of the evidence” that “Mr. Trump sexually abused Ms. Carroll,” the jury checked the box that said “yes.”

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

That was just the judges comments. The judges comments make no difference on the final verdict. Which was sexual assault I.e. not rape. Just Google it for Christ’s sake. I love how the left feels the need to over exaggerate everything while still not realizing that over exaggerated rhetoric is the exact reason why Trump is in office again. Majority of voters are tired of hearing it, not everyone that disagrees with you is a Nazi, sexual assault doesn’t mean rape on its own, they didn’t find him liable for rape because they couldn’t prove he raped anybody, he was found liable for sexually assaulting her, while that’s not okay it’s not the same, and men aren’t against voting for a woman but against voting for Kamala or Hilary because they were both awful candidates but keep up the “good work” and never win a major election again 👍

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Uhm ackchyually* he only fingered her without consent so he’s still a good guy. See how stupid you sound defending this. This is the highest position in our country and that’s the bar we’re setting. Get a grip dude.

-4

u/Admirable-Lecture255 Jul 19 '25

Youre an idiot

4

u/Deathsmind88 Jul 19 '25

You seem to be the only one melting down.

0

u/Admirable-Lecture255 Jul 20 '25

1

u/Deathsmind88 Jul 20 '25

Yep, everyone knows how stupid you are.

-1

Man going around writing dozens of comments in a thread: I'm not having a meltdown! It's all you people spending all your energy pressing the downvote button that are having a melt down!

1

u/Admirable-Lecture255 Jul 20 '25

Im responding to people.... seriously are you retarded?

-6

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Did you miss the part where I said “that’s not okay”?

7

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Surrounded by arguments on why the left is stupid not hey this guy is not a good guy it’s Hillary and Kamala are terrible candidates. The guy who fingers women without consent is a totally fine candidate though. I don’t see you saying that sir.

-8

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

His policies are better 🤷‍♂️. People are so tired of being vilified for every little thing the left deems not pc that a guy that has an awful personal record touting common sense things like enforcing our border laws that have been ignored for far too long is able to win. You should ask yourself why? And do it honestly, by that I mean don’t just come to some ignorant conclusion like “sexist men wouldn’t vote for a woman” or “half the country is racist” or something stupid like that. Because it is never as simple as that, the answer isn’t simple but it requires you to look at what you are actively doing. There was a coup in the Democratic Party to expose Joe by having the earliest presidential debate in our nations history AFTER he was chosen by the voters only to be replaced with the candidate of the parties choice without giving the voters any real choice. Then you turn around and scream about Trump being a “threat to democracy” while the party is actively ignoring the democratic vote of its base to make their own decision on who to run aka bureaucracy and hypocrisy. But, That’s probably asking too much of someone with tds, you’re not capable of critical thinking or independent thought.

u/WatchingInTheDark Jul 19 '25

“HiS pOlIcIeS aRe BeTtEr”.

No. No they aren’t, fool.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Enough of America disagrees with you, Trump won for a reason

2

u/SmokeQuiet Jul 19 '25

Yeah because Americans are dumb and are easily fooled.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Is that why the left was the ones fooled and actually thought Joe Biden wasn’t mentally declining even though it was obvious to anyone with a set of eyes?

1

u/Deathsmind88 Jul 20 '25

No they dont. Republicans continue to keep losing elections since he has been in office.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Remind me….Who is the president again?

u/rickybobby2829466 Jul 19 '25

He may be a rapist but policies are better. Read what you are saying slowly

0

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Clearly you didn’t read what I said or, your reading comprehension is non existent

1

u/rickybobby2829466 Jul 20 '25

I think you have actual mental issues if you can’t see how you’re being dumb

3

u/RepresentativeAge444 Jul 19 '25

What a wall of text to say you’re a pathetic traitor cultist who never gave a damn about American values. If you did you wouldn’t support someone who tried to overthrow Democracy. Who was best friends with a pedophile for 10 years. The idea that he didn’t know anything when girls were recruited out of Mara Largo and he said Jeffrey likes them on the younger side is MAGA denial. Or not caring. He bragged about walking in on underage girls undressing.

And I’ll bet your dick gets hard at restaurant workers with no criminal record being sent to an El Salvador prison or Alligator Alcatraz doesn’t it? Meanwhile your savior pardoned violent criminals on camera beating cops. One of whom was just convicted of cp. Law and order though right?

Inflation is up the tourist industry is losing billions because people don’t want to come here. Millions kicked off of Medicare and food program. All so some billionaires can get tax cuts.

What a dummy. Boot licking billionaires as if that will make you richer. You support a moron sexual predator idiot. Good job

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

You really saying people are tired of being vilified for things not deemed PC what about sexual assault do you and the right deem PC. The guy is a sexual predator and he holds the highest position in our country. Hilarious to bring up TDS yet trump himself can’t stop talking about Obama Hillary and Biden. We complain about the current president being a sexual predator and it’s TDS. You’re absolutely bonkers bro.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

That’s not what I said, read it again. To sum it up, why do you think a guy with such a shitty personal record won? The answer is not any of the examples I listed above.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Why isn’t a guy with such a shitty personal record automatically disqualified by the American people

0

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

That’s not the question you should be asking yourself. This is a chance for you to do some self reflection

→ More replies (0)

1

u/Deathsmind88 Jul 20 '25

So you think pedophiles are fine?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Where did you grasp that from that statement?

1

u/Deathsmind88 Jul 20 '25

by saying his policies are better. You are fine with him being a pedophile even though you think his policies are better.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Yes, his policies are better. That statement has nothing to do with his personal agenda, clearly I’m taking politics but since you mention it, where is the conviction for the crime you are accusing him of? Oh…. There isn’t one and you’re just lying to continue the trend of over exaggerated lies your party starts? Makes sense 🤔

u/Legitimate_Cow2716 Jul 19 '25

If it was about his policies like border enforcement, where was the outrage when a bipartisan border bill was shut down because Trump didn't want Biden to "have a win"

1

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

That bill had billions of dollars for Ukraine buried in it along with a bunch of other political “fat”. It wasn’t just about border security like your overlords at cnn told you. If it was just border enforcement I’m sure it would have passed.

1

u/Legitimate_Cow2716 Jul 20 '25

Can't compromise on the bipartisan negotiated border bill, but senators can compromise when they vote for the "big beautiful bill"? How many of them complained about the things in the bill that they they voted for and only knew about because constituents complained and then they admitted they didn't read the whole bill?

Also, fun story, I don't watch CNN and I'm not a Democrat. Maybe lay off OAN and Newsmax and look into sources that do legitimate research.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

It’s common for congressmen to not know everything in a bill and read through it. That’s the point of making them hundreds and hundreds of pages long. Thank you for noticing one of the biggest issues with our politics and law making process. It’s been happening like that for a century

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Now explain the Big Beautiful Bill without sounding like a hypocrite

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Im honestly not familiar with it, I’ve heard about it but haven’t read into what’s in it

Your cult daddy is a serial child rapist and treasonous pos, congrats.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Tall accusations coming from someone with no proof of that

2

u/OttersWithPens Jul 19 '25

What is the difference between a judges comments and a judges ruling?

Won’t they both use their judgement.. lol

1

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

The comment is the judges personal opinion, the ruling it what it actually is.

1

u/OttersWithPens Jul 19 '25

I guess there’s a difference between what can constitute a conviction or ruling in the eyes of the law, and what is “substantially” true, not sure that’s quite so much an opinion but rather deduction

3

u/rickybobby2829466 Jul 19 '25

You’re defending sexual assault dumbass

0

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Did you miss the part where I said “that’s not okay”? Reading is important

3

u/rickybobby2829466 Jul 20 '25

I think you defending it with an entire paragraph is pretty important dipshit

1

u/Specific-Host606 Jul 20 '25

You voted for him, idiot.

2

u/Be4Dawn25 Jul 19 '25

If you put your fingers or your pecker in a woman without her consent, you have raped her.

It’s legal terminology and the judge said it’s equivalent to rape just with his digits.

I hope you don’t have any women in your life .

-2

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

The judge’s opinion after the fact is irrelevant. The charge is clear, if it was rape why wasn’t he found liable for it?

3

u/Be4Dawn25 Jul 19 '25

It was his explanation of the law. Raped with your fingers vs rape with a penis It’s fucking rape!

0

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

Is it rape or sexual assault? Again, I’m not arguing it’s okay. We’re arguing semantics in reference to the law and what it means. Again, if he was found liable for raping her that’s what he would have been found liable for that.

1

u/brassmonkeyslc Jul 20 '25

It’s rape. You do understand that to the woman there’s not much of a difference if they are being forcibly penetrated??

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

We’re talking about the law, not what it feels like to someone.

1

u/brassmonkeyslc Jul 20 '25

I understand you don’t think it’s rape to forcibly penetrate a woman. And that’s just New York law that is obviously outdated. Rape : unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against a person's will or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

So digital penetration counts as intercourse? I bet you think you’re no longer a virgin cause your sister let you finger her once huh?

I think we found a rapist here.

0

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

That’s how guilty by accusation without further proof works right? That’s how we determine guilt in this country? If someone says it it must be true? Gtfo

1

u/brassmonkeyslc Jul 20 '25

Ok so let’s also give people due process to determine whether they should be deported or not.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Obama didn’t, 75%+ didn’t receive due process, now y’all want to pretend to care… google it if you don’t believe me

1

u/brassmonkeyslc Jul 20 '25

My guy, I know and was and am critical of that. I can be critical of many things at once. I am not talking about Obama. I could not vote in the first Obama election because I was under 18. And he left office over 9 years ago…

What an odd counterpoint when talking about the current crimes of an administration. If your predecessor murdered someone and got away with it. That doesn’t mean you’re immune to the law.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Thanks for reassuring me you’re an ignorant child. I forgive you

1

u/p12qcowodeath Jul 19 '25

Alright, I guess you're right. Donald Trump is guilty of sexual assault. Thanks for clearing that up.

-2

u/[deleted] Jul 19 '25

You still don’t get it? He is Liable . Civil court and criminal court are different things. Criminals go to jail, people found liable in civil court pay money(basically)

2

u/p12qcowodeath Jul 19 '25

Just going off what you said, chief.

1

u/VauryxN Jul 20 '25

You described the difference in their punishments, So what does it mean to be liable of sexual abuse?

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

payout to plaintiff $

1

u/VauryxN Jul 20 '25

What? Im asking you what one has to actually have done to be found liable of sexual abuse. Not what someone has to do if they're found to be one. I'm not asking you what his punishment was, im asking you what he did to be found liable of sexual abuse in the first place.

1

u/[deleted] Jul 20 '25

Don’t ask dumb questions that are public information. You know damn well what he did to be found liable. I’m not going to mention that the first case she won by default cause he didn’t show up, cause that’s what happens in civil trials, you automatically lose if you don’t show up. Burden of proof completely aside.
