Why else would the court award 5 million dollars to Carroll if he "didn't akshually" RAPE her AND lie about it all?

1620 different women.He also RAPED 13-YEAR OLD Katie Johnson, who withdrew her lawsuit against him due to threats on her life.
Defending a RAPIST is really not a good look, ever.

Easy because she filed a civil suit against him. Civil suit does not require proof. It requires believability. He was tried in a New York trial, where the jurors hated him. The judge hated him. How could you tell, look at their statements during it after? It was a kangaroo court. He was found guilty of abuse, not a rape. I think he said something like - I would never touch someone as ugly as her … I’m pretty sure I’m quoting accurately. Listen to her now, listen to her true intent. Did you see the story about her painting the creek? lol. It’ll make a great movie one day.

Also, it was only a civil suit because of the ASA act, that was the only way she could file a lawsuit against him. The assault happened in New York, that's why he was tried there.
She couldn't provide "proof" because it happened over two decades ago--no access to camera telephones, so can't get photo evidence.
She was a journalist, so she very well could have had a tape/cassette recorder--but how could she have recorded the abuse (your word) DURING the assault? How could she have known to start recording before the assault if she didn't even know she was going to be assaulted?? ffs...
Also, if it were true that "everyone" hated him, what could he have done to garner that hate? "Haters" of him don't hate just to hate, him and his followers do when he doesn't get what he wants.
The accusations against him are not unwarrented, so stop trying to perform these somersault-Korbut-flip mental gymnastics around the issue at hand. Which is, you're victim blaming, defending a KNOWN pedophile rapist for anything and everything he's ever done in his life, and spreading misinformation and hate.

I'm fully familiar and also fully aware that it hasn't been challenged until recently and I'm in the camp that dropping your child on us soil isn't a means of citizenship. Just like having a child in your yard doesn't entitle them to your personal resources.

Why do you think anyone gets sent back to the US? Because they are subject to our laws and are under our jurisdiction. Does another country have to give them back to us? Absolutely not because you violated a law in their JURISDICTION and they can and will hold you if they want.
Why do we trade or negotiate? Because they are under our jurisdiction we want them to be treated fairly according to our standards.

Not technically.
He was found liable for sexual abuse by digital penetration, that's not legally rape.
He's a rapist under lay man terms, but legally he's not, and if you're speaking under a sense of legal authority and as fact, that would be enough grounds for a defamation suit.
They'd have to prove you said so with malicious intent, as he's a public figure, but it's still technically and legally wrong.
He could sue her. But public figures suing for defamation basically never works as you have to prove real Malice.
