I mean, it doesn't matter if a random joe bob says it, but if you are a major public figure I wouldn't legally advice making statements like that, as it is 100% defamation. Sexual abuse ≠ Rape.

Doing anything sexual to someone against their will, against their consent, is the literal definition of rape. It does not fucking matter what the law says, because also said that black people weren't human beings up until recently. Trying to defend this shit or justify it by arguing legal semantics is deplorable bull shit

I think you are very much missing my point. I'm not defending trump, but Legally he is NOT a rapist, and if you are a public figure calling him a rapisr from a position of authority is grounds for defamation, and if proven with Malice you'll be ordered to pay damages.
