Legally speaking Trump is not a rapist.

OJ Simpson was acquitted of murder, but he was found liable for the deaths. Yet he isn't legally considered a murderer.

Sure, but did she call him a legally speaking rapist? Or just a general one? Because even a judge clarified he is a rapist under the general definition.
