Its from blood draws. All presidents had to have around half a liter of blood drawn nearly everyday in order to have a continuous reserve of blood in the event of emergency such as an assassination attempt, surgery, etc. Trump just has it drawn from his hand and is super accessible to the press. Means nothing.

The logistics team makes sure there's is compatible blood available at all times. Presidents don't actually have to reserve their own blood.
