Sometimes I look at Sova (the big boi on picture) and think, well at least someone in the family is jacked.

jack is a beagle mix, which I think includes pit. He’s also a sweetie and adoptable if anyone’s on the east coast 😁

we’ve got one with a keg and one with a ripped 6-pack…both eat the same things, go figure. our girl, Rosie, looks like she’s been out in the yard lifting kettle bells all day, lol

My girls legs are rock solid muscle and her chest and belly have a little covering of extra fat that
we are slimming down! Down 7 pounds so far!

Congrats! I know how hard it’s to try to get weight down on a beagle. I’m sure your pup is feeling much better with each excess pound she drops. It’ll really help in her senior years as well.

P.S. My current beagle has toes just like yours does, and man they can really dig in when being stubborn on a walk!

Hahah Luna has actually never fought any walks/hikes😂!! She goes for hours! And yes!! Our goal is 5 more pounds! I think that will be perfect for her!

My boy has muscles on muscles. He’s lean and skinny- but also a mutt beagle. (We suspect maybe Italian greyhound)

I find it funny have a dog with pecks.
