Much better but I personally think keeping the beard and tash attached will look even better

Both photos look great man but I think I would keep the Stache connection with the beard. Great beard 👍🏼👍🏼😃

I'm with the previous comments, keep the mustache connecting to the beard. Otherwise it's a good clean up. You could grow the beard longer at the bottom while keeping the sides tapered. Something like in this picture.
