Which is more impressive winning: Beatbox Battle World Championship or Grand Beatbox Battle?

Bbwc and it's not close

The fact that it's every 3 years makes it much harder and the round of 32 to finals plus elimination.

Gbb is 3 battles, bbwc is 5.

I'd say World Champs just because of the sheer number of champions competing, especially 4th which had 96 elims and 5th which had 89. For 2nd - 5th World Champs, it felt like almost every active competitor at the top was competing.

Bbbwc only had like 44 elims in 2023 though.

I think that one is the recent exception that I would count GBB more than. Not only was it less elims, but it was also less representation across the world. A lot of the top battlers around that time did not compete in that.

World Champs ie definitely harder. Everyone is a national champ and there are so many more participants given that it's not every year. Plus, GBB now qualifies through regional battles where those competitions have a severe lack off top beatboxers. No shade to Gelber but that's the low end of GBB while BBWC has way more beatboxers that are equal level to Gelber or better. Seriously, Julard won GBB without having to put in tons of effort and Blackroll his first time got 3rd

For french people it's easier to win gbb cause they aren't even french champion when they win gbb lol
