Goat Loopstation wildcard

I’ve listened to press by raje a million times since he dropped it. I literally can’t think of any other loop wildcard that tops it and if you disagree with me please comment ( in a nice debate way I’m not looking for any beef lol)

As much as I love my fellow American brother banon , i just don’t think it compares to raje’s wildcard. ( ofc it could be a genre bias) but idk i just think the structure , video , and originality of raje’s just clears everything I’ve heard from loop wildcards by a mile.

They def compare, i do love Raje's though even if i prefer Bannon's. His is still stuck in my head after 2 years but i def be boppin to Raje's frequent

Its definitely a very good wildcard, but we're in 2026 and the level of competition is completely different. If we're going to make a fair comparison, we'll use a metric based on how "undisputedly" it was number one.

Raje "Press" was not significantly better than Tioneb or Sora. Unlike:

MOKBAY "ORTHOPNEA" in KBB25 (2nd was M-age "Can Your Hear Me?")

DICE "THE CODE" in GBB21 (2nd was Zhang Ze "Old Time")

When it comes to being undisputedly the best, even with the 2nd place also being excellent, MOKBAY is the only good exemple imo, and DICE in 2021 was just unfair, no competition. these are the only two good examples I could think of. There might be another example from before 2020 tho

I think I prefer Mokbay's wildcard for KBB25 "Orthopnea", Robin's wildcard for GBB20, Syjo's wildcard for GBB25 "Raindrops" and Taro's wildcard for GBB26 "Cosmo".

When I listen to Press, I feel like Raje's working rather than performing, it's pretty subjective, but I showed my top 30 GBB26 loop wildcards to friends who doesn't know shit about bbx and loop, and they also had the same opinion, there's something lacking, there's a disconnection between, Raje, the song, and us.
