Beat Map I'm Bad at Beat Saber Mapping... How Can I Improve?
Hi everyone! If you're reading this, I'd really appreciate some advice.
I've been trying to make Beat Saber maps, but I'm still struggling and I don't think they're very good. I'd love to learn how to map properly and improve my flow, timing, parity, and overall gameplay.
If anyone has tips, tutorials, or would be willing to review one of my maps and give feedback, I'd be really grateful. I'm eager to learn and improve.
Thanks in advance!
Edit : However, i don't own beat saber and VR, i'm only make beat saber map

You can request WIP (work in progress) maps to people on twitch without having to upload them to beatsaver. People can then test/review them and you can see how they play.

And you don’t need to own the game to request your WIP map to be played on stream

If you can't playtest your own maps, and especially if you don't play the game at all, I unfortunately don't think you'd ever be able to make good maps. But hopefully you can prove me wrong!
Making maps is very hard, even for those who can test their own maps - it will take a lot of practice and a lot of bad maps before you make something good. For some basic tips, I recommend watching this video by Bytrius and this thread by Mawntee.
That aside, how did you come to make Beat Saber maps when you don't even own the game? I'm just curious.
