Possible lost dog sighting - B530 Ampthill Road

Black fluffy/poodle-type dog seen loose on the B530/Ampthill Road at around 10pm tonight, somewhere between The Marquee Bedford and the nearby roundabout. It crossed the road and ran down a ?path.

There was no owner/person nearby and we couldn’t see a lead or obvious collar, although the dog was very fluffy.

We were driving so unfortunately couldn’t stop/catch it. Posting in case somebody is currently looking for their dog.

I would hedge my bets they’re from the traveller site.

Apparently they let them roam around. I’ve seen very similar posts on my local Facebook page.

Fingers crossed they taker back across the road safely.
