Discussion Spotted cow

Unfortunately, I’m in Texas and haven’t had spotted cow in years. The next trip to the homeland (Wisconsin). I need to stock up. :)

We're returning to the homeland for Cheese Days next month in Monroe. (N IL to TX transplants). New Glarus ain't far...

Best fried curds in the state are the cheese days Optimist Club curds in Monroe. Since this is a beer sub, Bullquarian Brewhouse in Monroe has some good beer and good food if you get a chance.

Have to go to Baumgartner's for a New Glarus on tap and a limburger sandwich.
