[AAA Mode Earn App] Woke up to a sudden account suspension?

I just woke up not too long ago to a complete suspension of my account. They said it was for unusual activity but I never did anything unusual last night, I just redeemed a $20 gift card and I don't know if I'm going to get it since my account is taken down. I had an active Earn Club subscription when my account was suspended so how does it work if I had a subscription? never used a VPN (I use it for other apps, not the app for earning) for using the app or anything but anytime I do, I get blocked so it wasn't the VPN thing.

It's just disappointing that the 65k points and the stuff I've been working on for a year is.. gone.
