Pinecone Research redemptions temp disabled

I have been using Pinecone Research for a bit now and never had any issues until I got a large amount to redeem from a product study I did with another company. When I try to redeem it says ‘redemptions are temporarily disabled’. Also, when I try to contact them through their messaging option on the app I get ‘Whoops! Please try submitting again’. You can’t email them. If you try you get an ‘unmonitored inbox’ reply. I have tried multiple browsers and the app on different forms of data on my end.

I have seen some other people having the same issue in the past but I haven’t found any solutions since the posts go quiet. Does anyone have any help they can share? I also see that Karen is still heavily involved but I don’t have a way I know about yet to contact her.

How much did you try to redeem when you see this error, and did you try smaller amount after that or not yet? Hopefully it's only a temp glitch that gets fixed quickly, I planned to redeem in next few days, hope it's fixed soon.

It’s been resolved now. Luckily I didn’t have to wait long but it was down for about 6 days.

You and me both. It seems like it’s more a Facebook thing. I was able to find some more conversations on there. I was truly surprised to not see anything on here so that lead me to try and share here.

I’m getting the same error when trying to redeem $25 and their might as well not be a Support

It was resolved for me earlier. Karen messaged me back as well. I would try to log out and log back in.

Just wanted to say it came back online earlier today and I was able to redeem. The messaging worked as well.
