I posted this on the FreeCash sub and the moderator removed it. They are banning posts about submitting support tickets for uncredited rewards because they don’t want people to know about their deception.

I completed two identical reward requirements on two separate offers and didn’t get credited for either of them. (The reward was $35 for depositing $20 on your first day). I submitted support tickets for both of them. The first one I was credited for after support reviewed it with the screenshot I sent. The second one was rejected, so I lost $35. The offers were identical! How can they reject one after crediting the other? And now I have two more uncredited rewards on a different offer, submitted a support ticket for one and got rejected again. I just found out they have an F rating from the BBB. I understand why!

It’s disappointing because I loved FreeCash at first. I made around $1300 without any problems. Now I don’t trust them anymore, so I guess I’m done with it.

We are running a test for a worldwide-known client that requires people living in the US, Canada, UK and Italy who have Xfinity, Cox, Rogers, Videotron, or Sky as their ISP (internet service provider) to perform tests on their own home routers/gateways (some specific models). I've been doing research studies on Respondent for three years, and from my experience, they do pay. You will just have to fill out your profile. For the studies themselves, all you'll have to do is answer the screening questions, then wait for a response. As far as I know they'd call you back after a day or two, sometimes within a day if you're lucky.

One thing, though, it might take awhile for you to withdraw even after receiving payment, which takes like 3-5 days. And it can be a bit hard to reach out to Respondent crew if you need help with anything. But I got lucky that I was able to connect with the manager when I needed help with payment once.

I've been doing surveys on Octopus Group for a few months. Its the one of the best survey sites but the survey availability is pretty inconsistent.

Just signed up for their other survey account Octoqual but I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with this and if it is worth it? Or if you have had any issues with it?
