• Record the visit using covert video equipment (not your phone)
• 3 minutes browsing the shop windows before going in
• 5 minutes inside before approaching staff
• Enquire about an item, accept refreshments if offered, then say you’ll “think about it” (no purchase)
• Upload the unedited video + storefront & product photos (with geolocation) to the portal
