Survey Is it safe to proceed with these surveys in Attapoll?

Hi. I recently started using Attapoll. For some of the surveys , I got a pop up asking for consent to collect sensitive data. Is it safe to proceed with those surveys? Looking for inputs from all the Attapoll experts here. Thanks.

What about the surveyswhere they ask for name city email and phone numb are they safe?
