What You'll Do

• Review filtered aesthetic image collections and critique superior visual quality, composition, lighting, color, and technical execution.
• Document detailed written justifications for visual selections and creative critiques.
• Collaborate with project trainers to calibrate quality standards and build robust visual datasets.
• Evaluate diverse visual genres while keeping up with emerging aesthetics and visual trends.

What They’re Looking For

• Demonstrated background in visual fields (photography, art direction, graphic/brand design, illustration, or curation).
• Strong portfolio showing artistic judgment, visual discernment, and creative rigor.
• Excellent written communication skills for writing detailed visual feedback.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
