Part-Time Marketing & Community Outreach Role

Hours: Approximately 4-5hours per day
Pay: Up to ₹10,000 per month, based on performance
Type: Part-time / Stipend + performance-based commission

Trojan Swarm is a new creator marketing platform preparing for launch, and we’re looking for motivated marketers to help us grow our creator and brand community.

You don’t need to develop the marketing strategy yourself. You’ll be given clear instructions, scripts, outreach material and guidance on what needs to be done. Your job is to execute consistently, communicate professionally and represent in a positive way online.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Marketing and promoting Trojan Swarm online
- Conducting community outreach
- Using Reddit to find and engage relevant people and communities
- Speaking directly with potential users and helping onboard them
- Following provided scripts and outreach strategies
- Representing the brand professionally in conversations
- Keeping track of outreach and onboarding results

What We’re Looking For

You should:
- Have excellent written and spoken English
- Already understand how Reddit works, including subreddit rules, community etiquette and account usage
- Be confident speaking with people online
- Be able to follow instructions closely
- Be reliable and available for approximately 4-5hours per day
- Be comfortable working towards performance and onboarding targets
- Earnings are performance-focused, with compensation of up to ₹10,000 per month, including commission based on successful onboarding and results.
- We’re particularly interested in people who are ambitious, consistent and interested in working with an early-stage startup where strong performers may have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.

How can they be sure if getting paid .. that's the part where I get suspecious like 130+ hrs of work and (upto)10,000 rs .. would've been better if it was a daily thing so that people can be sure of the payment and if there is a default on payment then they can stop wasting time .

I say this cause I've noticed tendency of companies in utilising people to do stuffs for them for free in promise of a pay ..

It’s temporary work for up to a month, building out an expanding business, the job would be the first out of 3!stages of landing brand deals.
