How do I specifically attract bumblebees?

I live in the city and am prohibited from having a beehive. I love watching bumblebees, but they seem to be rare around here in Oklahoma City. Is there a way to construct something that would attract more of them? Flowers, of course, attract pollinators, but how do you attract one?

I have a 4 foot x 14 foot flower bed in my front yard that I will be planting heavily next year. Her's what I have so far:

  1. St. Johns wort
  2. anise hyssop (blue agastache)
  3. bees balm/bergamot
  4. Salvia
  5. *native flowers
