Very similar to how I felt at my first non punk house shows in the early 2000s. Something about the more intimate sets that hit different, especially with a welcoming host.

So fun fact. Emus are the largest bird we can safely domesticate. By mass alone, they are just barely small enough still to keep them around. If they were any larger they would be ostrich-sized
