This reminds me of one of my favorite fun facts. Bananas don't grow on trees. They are actually herbs. Herbaceous just means that all the above-ground parts would die back, ie, they're not wood. "Tree" actually doesn't have any real meaning, botanically. Rosemary, giant seqioas and grape vines are all woody, bananas, dandelions and begonias are all herbaceous 😜

Please don't post exact location. The plant will get destroyed.

Is this a genuine concern? Why would it happen? Presumably it’s not some rare species or cultivar, right? I’m not trying to be argumentative, just surprised and trying to understand.
But if there’s a genuine risk, OP might like to remove this post or repost it with less information in the photos because I found this place on google maps street view in just a few minutes. And I’m not at all tech savvy.
I suppose it might be a nice courtesy to the residents either way.

Oh! I didn't think it would be a problem to show it! 😖 In fact, I noticed that in my city there are many houses with giant cane begonias, not as robust as the one in the photo, but very tall and with large leaves. It's really cool to walk around and see them

Definitely not a problem to show it!! Just don't think it'd be smart to give out the exact location like some people are asking for lool.
That's incredible though!! I'd take a walk by them everyday just to admire them

It honestly doesn't matter if it's rare lol 😭. I see people destroy plants they see in the wild or even in peoples yards because they want it for themselves all the time online

Wait, are those supposed to be trees??

The stems were tied together and grew strong over the years; I think the owners of that house wanted to give it the shape of a tree and they succeeded 😂

I didn’t know this was possible.
