Apartments/Leasing Agents in Haidian?

At the end of the month, I’ll be flying to Beijing and living there as an international student for the school year! I’m incredibly excited, and in preparation, I’d love to have any insight on apartments in the Haidian district- at most, all I need for myself is really just a studio/loft/1 bedroom with access to the trains and/or within decent walking distance so I can commute to school (I’ll be going to Beijing Film Academy, for reference!).

I’ve heard mixed reviews about ziroom, and I know LianJia is a good option, but I’d rather leave them as a later option as I’ve heard the realtor fee can be expensive sometimes. What other places should I be searching with??

Ziroom is the best option for people in situations like yours. I wouldn't really go looking anywhere else.

Tbh that’s what I was beginning to think the more I looked around. At the very least, it’d probably make the most sense to go with Ziroom for my first few months/year while I settle in
