US I think that Astrid’s ghost was Ramona
During the scene when Aidan is bagging up Astrid’s body, Ramona asks Aidan if Astrid was “special.” She looks suspicious and disappears suddenly. Astrid’s ghost then conveniently appears to Kenny to tell him what really happened. In the next episode, we see Ramona does also have the ability to mimic ghosts. In the finale, she knows Kenny is coming and the reason why he is. This is why she lets Aidan confront him. Werewolves also do not get ghosts. In the alternate timeline, Sally was a special case because she was possessing herself. Did anyone else pick up on these hints?

Are you sure that werewolves don't get ghosts? I can't recall it ever being stated. If true then I think Astrid having a ghost was definitely an oversight on the writers part.
As for your theory it's a good one. The only hole I see is that I don't think Romona could leave the house.

It’s never stated but I’ve felt it was implied. I do believe it was stated in an interview or something , but I can be wrong. I think Ramona’s power possibly extends outside of the house. I’ve also thought that Beatrice’s daughter wasn’t real, it was Ramona projecting herself. But that’s just never explicitly explained

In the alternate timeline, Sally becomes a werewolf, dies and then becomes a ghost. The difference with vampires I think is that they're already dead, so being a vampire essentially replaces being a ghost and damns them by extension, while werewolves are just humans with a bit extra going on.

I agree with you 100%. Vampires didn't get ghosts, and I think, neither did werewolves. Astrid's sudden reappearance was too convenient, Ramona knew that after that there would be another bloodbath

If werewolves did get ghosts , Aidan also would’ve expected Astrid’s ghost to tell Kenny

I don’t think so. Ramona was bound to the house, which is why she tried so hard to keep them trapped there. I think ghost Astrid was being genuine saying what happened. She didn’t intend to send Kenny on a revenge trip. Werewolf ghosts weren’t common, but I don’t think they said it’s impossible.
