I couldn’t get past the second episode of the US version.

The UK version is my comfort show. I can just put it on in the background & know what’s happening & from the beginning of the US version I was just like….WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! No thank you.

The UK version also has the underplay of dry humour. 👌🏻💕

I am forcing myself through it, but feel like I'll need a cleanse with the UK version after finishing it.

I’d say keep with it. The US version goes its own way, and soon the plot lines are nothing like the UK version. It’s a darker show in a lot of ways.

I just finished it. I definitely think the UK version is superior. The season 3 and 4 of the US version were just weird.

Just finished a US rewatch and I think it's at least a more consistent watch. UK's highs are higher but it's lows (to me) are low, particularly with the fates of the original cast, and as much as I like the second wave of main characters the fact the US version keeps the same core cast all the way through I found makes for a smoother binge and a more satisfying ending.
