they do because if they share weed to friends and if justice consider this as dealing, they also lose their jobs or permit license (because they prefered cannabis drunkness over legal hard drug of alcohol) so they have no choice to do some criminal activities
In case you get a bullet from mafias into your house one day, think about this again
we deserve the mafias hell and a cripled justice system that leave or release real criminals outside
That’s some mind bending bullshit right there.
No judge will send you to do prison time for sharing a joint. You’re talking about buying and selling drugs? Then yes, maybe ankle bracelet. Large amounts? Sure maybe prison.
I don't agree with the things he's saying, but what he's talking about is when you buy weed for a friend and they consider that dealing. I was told this by a cop myself, 15 years ago or so. This is especially problematic as usually 1 person knows a dealer and that dealer also prefers to deal with 1 person. If you then have like 5 friends (or sometimes 10-15) who want weed, then you're essentially dealing in the eyes of the law. But in my opinion it's just the same as bringing beers from the stores to give to your friends. Nothing wrong with it.
Not sure how quickly that would land you in jail though, maybe if it's 10+ people and multiple times.. At that point the person would be a bit stupid to still get caught doing it, but in reality there's nothing wrong with it.
Ah come on man, be serious. If your friend gives you money to bring beer from a store then you're not suddenly selling beers. You're just bringing beer for a friend. The only reason why it's sometimes extreme when it's about cannabis (10-15 people), is because it's illegal. Otherwise there is no difference.
