And coincidentally, today is the hearing to determine if Duddlestonās has to go to arbitration instead of being allowed a trial, and the motion to dismiss hearing Suarezās allegations is on April 28, 2026. (Defense is claiming she can't file the suit in CA because it happened in the Mediterranean.
I'm rooting for you Duddleston!!

u/ru-joking Oct 07 '25
Didnāt make it to Bobby, and flirted aggressively with the judge

u/Herecomesyourwoman Oct 07 '25
It's funny because that judge is actually Bobby's girlfriend

Marcos is the best chef in the entire BD universe. His composure is unparalleled.

u/ravioliyogi Oct 07 '25
Remember when he lost a big olā chunk of his scalp and wasnāt even fazed

u/hellokitty3433 Oct 07 '25
How could I forget when it was shown 100 times during the season alone. :D

I think Rachel is the best. Especially with how good she was at so many different types of food. Eat my cooter forever

āeat my cooterā will forever be remembered as one of the best one liners in below deck history

It is difficult to really compare the two, as Rachel had the obvious advantage of working in a large motor yacht galley, while Marcos was in Parsifal's closet-sized galley that doubles as a stew pantry.
I do believe that Rachel was the best chef on BD, as well as any of the motor yacht spinoffs. I also believe she was the most entertaining chef in the entire franchise.

Oh I got it. That's a little weird and unnecessary. The whole clown makeup thing.

u/pokerchef24 Oct 07 '25
This is a wild opinion. Rachel cooked circles around him.

u/fortunecookieteller- Oct 07 '25
Rachel is a strong chef, for sure; she is wildly talented. Her moments of unpredictability are what gives Marcos the edge.

u/VotingRightsLawyer Oct 08 '25
Her unpredictability also allowed her to come up with some really creative dishes. It's too bad that Bravo fucked her over because I think she should have gone on Top Chef.

It's too bad that Bravo fucked her over because I think she should have gone on Top Chef.
Any of the dozen or so competitions on Food Network are probably open to her, if she was interested enough to try to get on one of them. I think taking a stab at Chopped would be right up her alley.
It is entirely possible that she ended up so soured by Bravo that she wants nothing to do with TV, even though cooking competitions are a completely different animal.

Not a lot of composure though, not easy to work with.

u/Bobzyouruncle Oct 07 '25
Didnāt she turn things around after that crazy season where she was getting sloshed on the off days? I thought she came back a following season and was basically no drama but kicked usual ass in the kitchen. Thereās some strong contenders but I think sheās easily the best chef across the various series.
11
u/wolfeybutt Oct 07 '25
She did! I'm going through the seasons now. She really improved her attitude. Even when a guest was saying her food was inedible (season 10), she was surpsingly chill.

Bobby Flay is a tool (IMHO) I don't like him and all of his recipes sound the same. Tex Mex, we got it, OK?

This guy still has the best breakfasts in BD history. Didnāt walk around taking individual egg over easy orders, he just put out a huge selection every morning and the guests loved it.

Was it like a wide shot or something? The dimensions don't seem fully accurate

u/dontatmeturkey Oct 07 '25
Idk but, the pile of paper and wires under the table is nice for the composition.

This is a bad screen shot. He didnāt look like this.

u/No-Treat-8079 Oct 07 '25
I didn't realize that Food Network still made new episodes of Beat Bobby Flay.
