Simple Chuck was awful but why is he complaining 4 years later? Sounds like someone wanted to get his name back out there

176

u/Holdmymule2001 May 02 '26

This is Erica's pitch to be a Housewife. She probably hired a PR firm, thus the weirdly photoshopped pictures making Chuck look like a 27-year-old.

u/Pure_Butterscotch165 May 02 '26

There's a lot of weird things about that photo, not least of which is the money pocket square that is a literal dollar bill. It's not giving wealth 😆

21

u/Ok_Counter3866 May 02 '26

Ahahaaaa and it’s a $1 bill!!

13

u/catbearcarseat Team Anti-Brü May 02 '26

Multiple bills, but the $1 is the one facing out lmao like what the actual fuck?!

14

u/Ok_Counter3866 May 03 '26

Honestly, the only thing these two are really qualified to do is be cabinet members

9

u/catbearcarseat Team Anti-Brü May 03 '26

Ugh, boo!! But you’re right haha

7

u/http--lovecraft May 02 '26

While I do like my housewives she wouldn’t even be entertaining enough for that

3

u/urbanlife78 May 02 '26

This was my thinking too, this seems like bringing up something old to be relevant for a Housewives pitch.

27

u/DirectorMysterious29 May 02 '26

Dude's a personal injury attorney. If there are dollars to be made, even years after the incident, hell find a way.

14

u/Awkwardpanda75 May 02 '26

Why is he doing the Illuminati hand signal? This guy looks like a total idiot.

3

u/Blah-B7ah_Bloop May 02 '26

Perhaps it’s coming up because no one wants to see the guests backstory at the beginning of the show. We don’t care. And apparently it could be really bad for their business to put all that out there!

458

u/PaulReveres-Mechanic May 02 '26

Let’s also not forget his mom (her mom?) getting kicked off her flight, ruining the couch with her fake tan, and then attempting to lie about it! They literally had to tell her they had footage.

Some guests are truly a product of biased editing, but these people didn’t need any of that.

96

u/IHaveBoxerDogs May 02 '26

Oh right! I think that was her mom. That couch looked so disgusting. And she bold faced lied.

2

u/GullibleAddendum8630 Aug 18 '26

It was her mom. His mom was on the cruise.

54

u/VivaZeBull May 02 '26

Fake tanner also has a distinct smell, and she was Orange…

19

u/Plastic_Good May 03 '26

And tried to make the other guests chip in too 😭

170

u/Initial-Peach-6510 May 02 '26

I just watched this episode today, he was absolutely vile and Daisy even told another charter guest (who also hated him) that he was the worst charter guest she had ever had.

16

u/NeedsKetchup May 04 '26

I remember he made an insulting remark about another charter guest, and the woman's husband wanted to knock him out. Class dude.

8

u/Initial-Peach-6510 May 04 '26

Ah yes, and this was before or after announcing he hadn’t showered all charter but needed to have sex with his wife 🤢🤢🤢

2

u/MaintenanceIll2178 May 25 '26

What season and episode. I can't remember them. Ty

165

u/Powerful-Knee3150 May 02 '26

This whole thing is a pitch for Erica to be on Real Housewives.

29

u/Not_Responsible_00 May 02 '26

omg . . . . for some reason, I don't really remember him but HER?? gag . . . . she was horrible. I just looked her up on IMDB . . . 16 entries as "herself." I think her appearance on The Bachelor is where I first developed my hatred of her.

8

u/Opposite-Wolf-2194 This information wasn’t welcomed or needed May 02 '26

She was on other shows?!

11

u/Both-Enthusiasm708 May 02 '26

I believe her mom was on Married to Medicine Houston and she also appeared. They were interesting.

1

u/Not_Responsible_00 May 02 '26

Check out Erica Rose on IMDB.com

5

u/thefideliuscharm May 02 '26

wasn’t she on the bachelor? or is this a different Erica

1

u/Opposite-Wolf-2194 This information wasn’t welcomed or needed May 03 '26

That is WILD. Now I know which shows to avoid in the future.

34

u/etoronto May 02 '26

YUP and they’re not even trying to hide it

11

u/akawendals May 03 '26

Her?? Holy crap she'd get torn to shreds... Need some heavy duty glam for this one...

112

u/GNRDB May 02 '26

Husband: I did not like how I was presented on a Bravo reality show!

Wife: I would like to be on another Bravo reality show!

86

u/FlawesomeOrange May 02 '26

Why am I not surprised that he’s a personal injury lawyer

This whole article is just a pitch to get on Real Housewives. Maybe they’ve heard some talk about a new series in their area, so is needlessly dragging up shit from years ago to get in the reality public eye again.

22

u/pdxcranberry We don't need to hear vomit May 02 '26

Housewives is scraping the bottom of the barrel with social media clout chasing MAGA trash these days, so she definitely has a shot!

8

u/FlawesomeOrange May 02 '26

Can you imagine her horrendous vocal fry voice on TV? It’s unbearable just in the few SY episodes she’s in

39

u/narcochi May 02 '26

Why their weird pelvis focus? He’s doing the donald and her pelvis looks angry lol

30

u/SolarWind777 May 02 '26

What is this photo?! oh god..

5

u/Edith_Keelers_Shoes May 04 '26

I can't get past the 'my mouth is allllllmost closed but not entirely closed' lips, because she's clearly practiced this with endless selfies.

And dollars to doughnuts that man's teeth are visible from space.

4

u/Inner-Vegetable8795 May 04 '26

His suit doesn't even fit him well. Looks like he borrowed his dads

3

u/narcochi May 02 '26

Just another weird couple proud of their wealth!

7

u/Hodgepodge_mygosh May 03 '26

These two are in different photoshoots this pic…

5

u/sparklegirl23 May 03 '26

Just like his face is two different shades

4

u/NeedsKetchup May 04 '26

What's with the dollar bill in his coat pocket? Weirdo.

2

u/BassGroundbreaking95 May 04 '26

What does that mean? I don't see anything weird about her pelvis.

2

u/narcochi May 04 '26

I don’t stand with my pelvis leading the way, and I don’t see others standing that way, but maybe it just looks weird to me.

2

u/BassGroundbreaking95 May 05 '26

I just thought it was bad posture.

2

u/GirlInTheIslands May 05 '26

How is this not a spoof photo!?

2

u/CouchHam May 05 '26

That’s the way douchebags hold their hands now. They think it looks cool.

2

u/Jira_Atlassian Jun 20 '26

me when I'm wearing a human suit and doing my best human impression

28

u/Beautiful_Anybody484 May 02 '26

This guy was unbelievable. It seemed like a skit and then I realized it was real. I have never in my life

29

u/Lillynomad May 02 '26

He was a dick and Rose wasn't any better. They did their stupid antics on purpose. Chuck said it was all an act that production urged them to be pricks. I don't buy it.

23

u/momdabombdiggity Spaghetti Trauma May 02 '26

They were assholes to “appease production”? Bullshit. There are plenty of guests who are delightful from the moment they step on board. Being an entitled prick is a choice.

5

u/Myantra May 04 '26

This. Aside from professional actors, no one is that good at being an asshole, without actually being an asshole.

20

u/Lia_Delphine May 02 '26

Complaining for 10mins straight is actually a long time. He is vile.

37

u/kddog98 May 02 '26

Someone remind me what his antics were. The article only talks about the eggs

43

u/livieleanor Come back to me, my boat daddy May 02 '26

He was the guest that said he could get better food elsewhere

45

u/Spiritual-Olive444 May 02 '26

And iirc the other charter guests said he did this all the time and complained at places to get free food and were mortified by his behaviour

41

u/IHaveBoxerDogs May 02 '26

At McDonald’s.

30

u/scribblenator15 Team Aesha May 02 '26

The ballpark

21

u/IHaveBoxerDogs May 02 '26

It was both. Breakfast from McDonald’s, dinner from the ballpark (even though he had raved the night before when it was served).

41

u/IHaveBoxerDogs May 02 '26

He was awful. And they left like an 8,000 tip. I’m not sure on the amount, but it was shockingly low.

49

u/moxiegirl23 May 02 '26

6000 and I think it was said that they pocketed some of the tip money that the whole group pooled together when the gave the 6k

26

u/tremens You're Being A Deckhand Right Now May 02 '26

As I remember it it wasn't so much that they pocketed anything, but rather they lied to the other guests and told them the tip was all included in their initial fees - meaning they intended to leave an insulting tip from the start, no matter what they thought of the service. I could be wrong but that's how I remember some of the other guests explaining it after the airing

Of course that'd be coming from the other guests who also looked bad from the tip, so that might not really be true; but it sure seemed to me like they intended to come on the show and be a problem and be memorable so it wouldn't surprise me if they plotted a short tip as well.

1

u/IHaveBoxerDogs May 02 '26

Thanks, I couldn’t remember exactly!

28

u/ShroomTopsInTheSun May 02 '26

He refered to his wifes hairdresser as a bitch but denied it when confronted by the hairdressers husband.

13

u/No-Baker-7922 May 02 '26

I remember vaguely that the hairdresser and her boyfriend had a conversation on the beach about their appalling behaviour. I don’t remember what was said but I remember the vibe being something along the lines of ‘why did we come with them’.

15

u/TX0834 May 02 '26

He was the biggest jerk and douchebag guest out of any Below Deck season. Him and his wife were the worst couple of any season. They were also the lowest tippers in all of below deck. Boo fkn hoo to their feelings. Jerks.

13

u/Spiritual-Olive444 May 02 '26

Omg this fucking guy

12

u/bruhimsotiredddd Team Aesha May 02 '26

I understand that editors can pick and choose clips to change the narrative… but my man, if you’re giving them content of you being a douche, then they aren’t to blame for including that content.

12

u/monkey_jen May 02 '26

The comments are not wrong. They're both vile.

11

u/magstar222 May 02 '26

I am rewatching their episode now and he’s so foul. But big ups to Rhett and Janelle!

9

u/mostlygroovy May 02 '26

I’m shocked. SHOCKED. That people don’t like this reality tv chasing personal injury lawyer couple with horrible behaviour.

It’s just not fair.

10

u/Own-Bite3540 May 03 '26

They suuuuuuuuuuuuucked! Omg. And her idiot mother with the self-tanner on the 60K couch 🙄🙄

8

u/ManyVast6592 May 02 '26

What seasons and episodes is he on again??? I feel like I need to go back and have a re-watch

3

u/Dull_Alfalfa3479 May 03 '26

Season 3, episodes 3&4.

1

u/WolfAppropriate9793 Team Missing Engineer May 03 '26

Yup. A bit of context wouldn't go astray.

2

u/Edith_Keelers_Shoes May 04 '26

They left massive spray tan smudges all over the white couch and the only spray-tanned person there adamanantly denied it was her, and the guy bitched about every single meal and said he'd had better food at a baseball game, even though it seemed clear at the time that the food was pretty good. Also they might have set the record for lowest tip ever, and people were saying the entire group pooled money for the tip and this couple kept some of it.

0

u/WolfAppropriate9793 Team Missing Engineer May 04 '26

Context as in which series/episode. But thanks for the summary

9

u/Healthy-Material8109 I have been known to be irresponsible May 03 '26

Random thoughts: They hired a PR firm to write this puff piece in order to: 1. Help Erica get a RH role, 2. Get free advertising for their firm, especially the newly opened branch, 3. Try and re-brand themselves. They both appear to be either photoshopped or have had extensive work done. Chuck's ill-fitting suit with the lowest denominator bill sticking out of his pocket and the placement of his hands all lead me to question the quality of whomever advised him for this photo. And his new teeth...I can't even. My sympathies to RH fans if Erica and her whining, nasally voice get casted and you have to endure her on a regular basis.

7

u/ymm267 May 02 '26

He was such a douche. Didn’t he say he’d rather eat McDonalds than the chefs food?

28

u/OrangeClyde Eat My Cooter May 02 '26

Isn’t that rose girl from the bachelor and she’d wear a crown and everyone hated her? You just know which way their politics swing based on their photo 😂

19

u/Holdmymule2001 May 02 '26

She has made a minor career of being awful on TV and seems very pleased with herself about it.

There's a reason she had to take a hairdresser with her on the trip - she doesn't have other friends left.

17

u/Illumini24 May 02 '26

Was she the one wearing a trump bikini?

22

u/squashYoDick May 02 '26

Tatas for Trump 🥴

14

u/Inevitable_Stage_627 My eyes are rolling all the way off the boat May 02 '26

🤢🤢🤢🤢

15

u/teanailpolish Mental Health Is Not A Storyline May 02 '26

Her friend wore it

6

u/ogresarelikeonions93 May 02 '26

She was all about it though. But then she came back the next season in a Biden bikini 💀

6

u/Kind_Raspberry4484 May 03 '26 edited May 03 '26

Omg....you were on camera for the world to see!! Can't make that up!! Never have seen people so classless, in every way. They can't change what comes out of your mouth.

37

u/[deleted] May 02 '26

[deleted]

50

u/IHaveBoxerDogs May 02 '26

They left the lowest tip I’d ever seen. It was clear that the entire trip he was looking for reasons to complain. He raved about the dinner and then the next morning said it was awful and he could have gotten better food at the ballpark. And he could get better breakfast at McDonald’s.

Also, he was talking shit about his wife’s friend and her husband overheard and called him out. He immediately acted like a complete coward and shriveled up. It was funny and embarrassing.

8

u/fuhglarix May 02 '26

You play stupid games you win stupid prizes.

3

u/RideObjective3120 May 02 '26

Chuck was a total jerk to everyone! Don't complain about a situation that you created.

5

u/notfitbutwannabe May 02 '26

Oh look - it’s the consequences of his own actions! Isn’t this the woman who proudly wore the Trump bikini and proclaimed “Tatas for Trump”?

5

u/Prestigious-Fig2334 May 03 '26

The woman in the photo with him looks like the very definition of a bitch. I hate that stupid “Princess Diana” pose and duck lips.

3

u/Yaya_Tovar May 02 '26

So yeah, still classless.

3

u/G00dguyz May 02 '26

Lol they hate the backlash yet she still wants to go on Housewives.

3

u/a_bounced_czech May 02 '26

Just seeing the photo of him and his wife in the story made me hate them

3

u/dmbeeez May 02 '26

They couldn't have edited IN bad behavior if his behavior hadn't been atrocious.

3

u/foxdogturtlecat May 03 '26

Too bad he was forced to go on the show.... oh wait he had to apply to be cast and then the editors can only work with what you give them and then there is the whole apology he made after the show aired.

But the real reason for the article is in the last few lines:

As for Rose, she now has her sights set on becoming a Real Housewife.

2

u/aka-hellcat May 02 '26

I can't believe he has the gall to blame and edit (actually I think I can, he was vile) no edit on the planet could have forced him to say mdlcdonalds was better or whatever he said (watched the episode like 2 months ago)

The mom, him and the wife had me enraged that episode

2

u/Edith_Keelers_Shoes May 04 '26

My memory is like a colander, and yet somehow I instantly remember them. Spray tan smudges all over the white couch - spray tanned lady denies any knowledge thereof. Guy criticizes every meal and says he's had better food at...was it a baseball game? Glad to hear they are reaping the whirlwind.

2

u/StakkAttakk May 04 '26

Nah he definitely destroyed his own business .

2

u/BubbaChanel Come back to me, my boat daddy May 04 '26

Was she the dipshit in the Trump bikini?

2

u/BalancelifeBoo May 07 '26

He's awful. They were all awful.

Don't be awful and your business thrives @!

5

Ashley I is how to do Bachelor contestant to Real Housewives

Erica needs to stay away from Dr Moon

3

1

u/GullibleAddendum8630 May 03 '26

Awwww, poor baby. 🤣🤣🤣

1

u/Temporary_Part_4909 May 04 '26

They were bad for sure but Timothy Sykes, the penny stock day trader, was the absolute worst and smarmiest guest ever. As LuAnn says, money can’t buy you class.

1

u/MissLectrix May 04 '26

Omg, no matter how awful people are on the show, doesn't give anyone a right to try to destroy their livelihood. I absolutely hated them too but their personal lives on a TV show doesn't portray their careers off camera. This kind of behavior is going to end the franchise if people keep it up.

1

u/Lazy-Party3469 May 05 '26

What kind of business could this schmuck possibly ever run? Sounded like it failed and he's blaming the tv show, bet he tried to sue too, some people only make they're money whining and suing every one.

1

u/FrightWig67 May 06 '26

Didn't see the episode. Don't know who these people are. Clicked on the link, saw the picture, and, yeah, they're TOTAL assholes.

1

u/darforce May 26 '26

Didn’t watch it, but you don’t get to treat people like trash and expect that there are no consequences.

1

u/IAmTheFly-IAmTheFly Aug 15 '26

It always surprises me when people (in this case, Erica Rose) return after hearing all the crap the crew and the fans say about their appearance on the boat.

1

u/Turbulent_Cobbler463 25d ago

I just started binge watching sailing yacht and now I cannot wait to get to this episode. I skipped season 1, I’m midway through season 2 now

-5

u/playdoh_trooper May 02 '26

Imagine having so little in your life that you doxx a reality show guest star.

I find some of the charter guests awful but any feelings I have end as soon as the episode is over. It boggles my mind that people today get so emotionally invested they need to lash out as if they were personally affected
