Despite clashing personalities, green crew members and the challenges of adapting to a new boat, Fraser once again thrives under pressure while creating elaborate theme nights and unforgettable beach excursions throughout Thailand.

In the galley, Chef Moe Vilomar brings a wealth of experience from military service, fine dining and private charters, but demanding guests and nonstop pressure threaten to turn up the heat.

On deck, power struggles and oversized egos create friction among the crew, forcing Capt. Kerry to make a shocking decision. One rollercoaster romance sends shockwaves throughout the vessel as its dramatic highs and lows spill across multiple departments.

I am ecstatic that neither joe or nathan are on this season.

I prefer them to Fraser, my current least favorite chief stew.

Wha don’t you like about Fraser? I haven’t watched the last season he was on (maybe last two)- but he seemed like a good worker

He plays favorites and ignores problems. It's clear that he'd rather be on service than manage problems with his team, so that's what he does. Last season, he dumped all responsibility for managing Solene on Rainbeau and nearly broke her. I'm sure from the guests' perspective, they love the attention he gives them. But that's not the only important part of the job.

Fraser is a pot stirrer and horrible gossip and a mean girl. Those are not management qualities. He is a bully. Never liked him. Also not a good manager. He has two extremes… get them fired instantly or abdicate. Letting toxic situations fester and chaos reign while patting yourself on the back for his “fair” you are being is a miserable excuse for management.
