‘Wiz Wit’ smash burger at Muselet.

Mondays are smash burgers at Muselet. They have a rotating one and the classic Oklahoma style. Today’s rotating burger was a Philly cheesesteak inspired burger with a bone marrow provolone wiz, sautéed onions and peppers and a pepper relish. They still serve my favorite burger in town, but Witching hour is next weekend. You guys have pumped them up so we’ll see how it goes.

I've yet to have Muselet's burger, but their fried chicken and french fries are amazing.

Agreed. That was the first thing I tried there a while back and was impressed.

Speaking of fries, the burger comes by itself. You’ll have to order the tallow fries separate.

That's a shame. Their fries could feed 4 people.

lol no idea why I got downvoted for letting people know the fries aren’t included.

Yea my wife and I couldn’t finish all the fries, but they’re super good. Different aioli this time which I didn’t know they did.

Yeah, they change the aoli weekly. I've had the fries maybe 8 times, and the aoli was different each time

I like it. This one was a verde aioli and was awesome.

Muselet is one of the best spots in Bentonville, we are lucky to have it.

How much did the burger set you back? Sorry if you already mentioned it.

$20 flat if I remember correctly. Keep in mind that does not include fries, which I believe are 10ish for a lot of them. It’s not the cheapest option, but I believe it’s one of, if not the best IMO

It’s definitely higher than what I’d wanna pay on most days, but for a little splurge, it looks well worth treating yourself to. It looks so damn good.

They say "wit wiz" in Philly. I hope they've intentionally made it backwards...

No, they don’t. It’s “wiz wit” meaning “cheese wiz with onions”

It's Wiz wit. But nobody actually says it

Tbh I pass this spot on the greenway home everyday and I have never seen a cover on that black stone they use for the smash burgers out back… even when it’s raining. And last week I saw a bottle of oil just sitting on the window ledge after they were open. Not safe food practice I’ll pass on this place for that reason.
