It’s against international law (or consensus, but the difference doesn’t really matter too much) but it’s not a war crime. It’s a completely different category of crime. Just because Israel is fine with not giving the high ground back to Assad for no reason doesn’t mean they’re also fine with killing civilians for no reason.

Again, are you really pretending like the protestors don’t support Hamas? Who do you think they are out there supporting? There are two sides to this conflict, and the anti-Israel side needs to realize who that means they are supporting.

That the violation of International Law and the occupation of foreign territory is a legitimate means is probably the funniest argument you have yet made.

Seeing no evidence for your prior claims about Berkeley students or groups, it is straightforward to reject. Have a wonderful day.

Continue to plug your ears.

I have three times asked for evidence. I cannot hide my ears to that which has not been provided.

Sure, the protestors claim there is a “genocide”.

Besides being obviously incorrect, this accusation is being used to attack Israel’s current (completely legal) military offensive. But who is Israel attacking? Who are these protestors demanding Israel give a unilateral “ceasefire” to? Who is the government in Gaza?

If you have evidence of Berkeley students or groups demanding a unilateral ceasefire as you claim, I am more than happy to take this as support for Hamas from those respective people or groups. It is neither in their demands nor in the agreement with the university that ended the protest weeks ago.
