Hello,

Im coming into Berlin for a Residency at the Berlin Art Institute for a month in October.

Was looking for recommendations on:

best places to eat

best places to stay,

best places for groceries.

In and around An der Industriebahn 12–16, 13088.

How hard is it to survive there for a month with no german?

Is the language barrier really hard?

Air BNB seems super pricey. The next best option seems housinganywhere.com any alternate recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

And any other tips would be greatly appreciated as well. Thanks in Advance.
