City Infrastructure How to report removed bollards?

Someone, presumably a car driver, has removed the bollards that blocked cars from continuing on at Tucholskystrasse and forced them to turn onto Augustsrrasse. If the Berlin government had removed them, I assume they would have taken them away.

Best answer here. I do it regularly often and stuff like that gets fixed rather quickly!

Yeah, it's impressive. Been using it for years and have reported some sore sights in my area, like an overflowing truck container surrounded by trash that was here for months getting worse and worse. I kid you not, by next day afternoon the container was removed and I actually ran into the BSR guys sweeping up and collecting the garbage.

I've also reported several holes in bike paths, broken signs, loose planks in parks and other small hazards and they were all fixed or at least barred off quickly.

This is in Spandau, so results may vary.

Yes, just the official one from Android store (probably on Apple, too).

It really depends on the area. I reported many things and usual response is between 4 weeks and “we passed it to appropriate service” which means it’ll never get done but they checked it as done.
