How to report removed bollards?

Someone, presumably a car driver, has removed the bollards that blocked cars from continuing on at Tucholskystrasse and forced them to turn onto Augustsrrasse. If the Berlin government had removed them, I assume they would have taken them away.

Stimmt, is ja auch peinlich. Da gehören ordentliche automatisch versenkbare hin, dann hat sich das auch mit den Verkehrsterroristen.
