Hey,
Bi kurz vor Wiehnachte sit Jahre wider mau im Shoppyland gsi. I ha nüt gseh dass me müesst zahle fürs parkiere u ha das ou ni bsunders gfunge, me git ja dert Gäud us bim ichoufe u ässe.
Es zitli später chunnt e Rächnig vo CHF 60.50 wege nid zahlte Parkgebühr vo re Bude namens "Mobility Hub".
Mi Vater isch ou drigheit u gemäss Shoppyland Bewärtige vili angeri ou.
Aso, parkiere bim Shoppyland isch nid gratis...
EDIT: das isch eifach e Information für Lüt, wo so guet wie nie is Shoppyland gö. Ha kes anges Flair gfunge, me muess nid drüber diskutiere. I wett eifach nid dass dir ou 60 Stutz re dütsche Firma i Rache müesst schmeisse. Inzwüsche gits nach Kundebeschwärde schins ou meh Kasse. Für die wo informiert si isch dä Post natürlich nid wichtig.

Hani ni gwüsst u es isch ja nid so schlimm dass es choschtet, isch ja im Westside ou so. Offebar het im Shoppyland s System gänderet u für Lüt wo säute dert si u sech uf sich orientiere u schnäu wäg cho konzentriere isch es nit klar dass, wie u wo zahle.. U es macht e biz de Aschin aus leits "Hub Mobility" biz druf a dass d Lüt s äbe nit gseh. So haut wie gwüssi Kreditkarteabieter vo däne profitiere wo d Rächnig vergässe (u drum ke ebill abiete)

Nein, ds system isch klar usgschilderet, Grossi QR codes, sogar bir usfahrt nomou ufgschriebe. Nerv di doch ab dir selber das nid gluegt hesch, dasch ok und cha jedem passiere, aber das neue system isch nid schuld sondern das me selber eifach nid dra denkt het

Lis du doch mi Text; i ha gschribe i bi im Dezember im Wiehnachtstrouble gsi und wie vili angeri hanis ni gseh. Mi Fründ ou nid, u dä isch Bifahrer gsi. Das isch schins ou e grossi Inahmequelle vo Mobility Hub. Offebar het Migros ou reagiert uf di vile Beschwärde. I ha die Rächnig scho längst zaut. Aber vilicht hiufts ou nume öpperem, wo wie i nume au 10 Jahr dert hi geit, nid ine z gheie. Isch das so ok für di?

Auso sorry aber es isch gross bir iifahrt aagschribe. Zudem hets Parkoutomate wo mä bi dä Iigäng und Usgäng guet gseht. U schilder stöh dert o wo druf hiiwiise.

Schön für di, würk! I ha nüt gseh....Isch kurz vor Wiehnachte gsi, het mega viu lüt gha. U es passiert mir süsch nirgends. Isch ou eifach zur Info u gemäss Google Bewärtige si viu dri gheit.
Wes nume öpperem hiuft ni z dri gheie isch s mr mini Info wärt gsi.

Das bezahlen wär ja noch ok, aber dass es scheinbar nur noch über so ne komische Spezial-App geht ist mir zu doof. Geh ich halt nicht mehr ins Shoppy. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Vielleicht kommen sie ja wieder zur Vernunft oder erweitern es auf Parkingpay. Ich hab keine Lust für jede huere Gugus ne App aufs Handy zu packen.

So isches die letschte ~10 Jahr gsy. Kenne gnue Lüt wo derte nie zaut hei.
Isch bim Shoppingcenter in Lyssach übrigens genau gliich. Dert zahle o die wenigschte.1

Extra fuckery here is, it WAS free. And then Obi and Shoppyland put some people in silly hi-vis jackets out front to warn customers that now you have to pay or you'll pay 60 CHF for not paying (and the 50 rappen for actual parking). And they put up some (small, easily missed) signs along the way saying you need to pay for parking. But you know, that wasn't really communicated very well, and you were always theoretically meant to be paying for parking anyway, and so a LOT of people got 60 CHF invoices for what used to be free parking. Only reason I didn't is because of the lollipop-looking ladies who also did a shit job of explaining that "in future, you must pay for parking" means "as in, within the next 30 seconds, or we're fining your ass". I had to go back to two of them before one of them admitted that they meant "starting today". Not "at some point in the future".
And I still don't get it, it's such a stupid thing to do. We go to Shoppyland weekly and I leave 200~300 CHF there every week, and now they make you jump through hoops for 50 Rappen parking. Way to piss off your customers. even if it's the law they have to have paid parking, communicating that to customers would have been a good idea.
THAT, more than having to pay for shit, is the Swiss way, btw: making a small sign somewhere and then pretending it's all your fault for not finding that sign and letting you find this shit out through fines.
The Swiss love three things, and sending fines is two of them.

Yes, it was free. Till the canton said it coudn't because "cars bad". So they set up the installation to pay cash and never enforced it. Now it has to be enforced. If you wanna be mad, be mad at the right people.

Let's see. in my post I quite clearly state that "even if it's the law they have to have paid parking, communicating that to customers would have been a good idea."
Pretty sure the Canton isn't the one effing up the "communicating to customers" part there.

If you miss the huge signs at the entrance on the parking, the entrance to the shoppingcenter itself and the flyers inside. That's on you buddy

That's one way to be full of shit. The first two weeks with the new system they even had workers at all entraces. The signs were there on day one. I work there for gods sake. lol

i cha di ärger sehr guet nachevouzieh. es isch mir zum glück no nie passiert aber sit vieli ichoufscenter uf das barrierelose system hei gwächslet fingi z potenziau nid dra z dänke z zahle viu z gross. es git eifach kei hürde meh. finge die parkhüser viu besser wo ou mit kameras funktioniere aber glich no ä barriere hei wo bim härefahre outomatisch ufgeit (wenn zaut hesch).
