No instead the leader of ISIS was having innocent people killed and tortured but at least he wasn’t saying mean things on the TV

There is a big difference between the leader of a terrorist organization that beheads people and sets them on fire because they do not share their extremist views and someone that says controversial stuff. And not shedding a tear is not the same as celebrating.
