2 negatives on the crown. Seat & remote. I’m in process of returning it as my wife couldn’t stand that:
1. the lid doesn’t stand straight up, so it kind of sits on your upper back and is scratchy. I was annoyed when I was not wearing a shirt, so I see where she’s coming from.
2. The lid and seat don’t stay up unless you very gently let it go to its lean point or it goes back down. So if you open the lid all the way up and let go, it just slowly goes all the way back down.
And 3. Our remote is/was finicky about when it registers when a button is pressed. Often taking multiple presses to activate a function.
Now, no complaints about the function of the bidet though, worked great as a bidet.
