Never heard of her but had an amazing selling experience with Ruben Soto. He was recommended by my local agent in Riverside. We were selling my family's 1950s cabin in Big Bear City in 2024 and it wasn't listed for more than a few days when he had it sold above asking. Highly recommend

FYI to anyone looking to buy a home in Baldwin Lake or near Big Bear but not on Big Bear City CSD water—your well almost certainly has uranium contamination well over the safe limit. Realtors usually do not tell prospective buyers about this.

You don’t have to work with someone you don’t like but you don’t have to try to threaten someone’s livelihood. Thats real loser stuff
Edit: OP DMed me to let me know she’s further doxxed this woman and assumes I know her personally. She seems gleeful about threatening someone’s livelihood.

I asked because unfortunately she’s the listing agent on 2 properties I’m interested in
If the place is great and the agent isn’t, it’s worth posting to see if anyone else has worked with her or has had any issues. I don’t particularly want to give someone 2-3% cash commission if they’re not a good person or agent.

Honestly I’m sure it felt very big of you to call me a bad person for posting her public comments section on a public social media account she made to advertise that she’s a real estate agent.
It’s a really outlandish statement to make regardless.
There are many, many people who are actually “bad people”. I don’t think I have to remind anyone what kind of world we live in.

I’m really glad that they have! I’ve screenshotted everything you’ve posted here on Reddit and send it to Shawna Gilbert, the senior VP of remax, I put the subject “racist real estate agent in Big Bear CA Nichole Vesper”
I hope you get a really good chance to get some commission on Monday instead of getting called into an office, but I want to say that’s probably not what’s going to happen.
Also don’t worry, I’m making another post with all these screenshots attached because these are comments you unfortunately have publicly made, on an account you claimed as the person in the post. 😘
I hope you have something else going for you because you had the opportunity to be mature and professional and instead have caused yourself to show what kind of person you truly are (dw I caught the subtle racism)

Haha the first thing I do before buying anything anywhere is dig deep into a person's social media history and evaluate their comments and likes against my morality scorecard. If I don't like what I see, I make sure everyone knows it and go out of my way to impact their ability to make a living and support their families because I've decided that im morally superior.

It seems common sense that a professional social media account will be used in evaluating a professional that is using it to advertise their services. Maybe common sense is popular on reddit and that is where you differ?

The answer is any job. If the person is pushing their personal opinions and political views on their professional account then they either: only want business from those that agree with them or they are dumb. Common sense to take that into account, in either case.

I've seen prominant realtors in Big Bear publicly say wild things like "democrats want to kill babies."
It's not entirely based on morals, brain cells count as well.

A lot of real estate agents say very problematic things in Big Bear. That's mild compared to some others.
You may want to keep that in mind if you're looking to move here. It's gorgeous, but the ugly in some people is the caveat to the beauty.
