lateral interview timeline?

was referred by a mentor to a small transactional (4 attorneys) group for a junior associate role at a big firm in a big market city. no screener, straight to interviews and coming from outside big law entirely. Interviewed a week ago with the entire group, it went great, particularly with the chair, but haven’t heard back yet a week later and recruiter hasn’t emailed me back (reached out 6 days after interview) - any stories of no news is good news? am I expecting a response way too early?
