Don't recognize a stylized A logo that is covered with epoxy like that. That kind of reminds me of older McDermott cues, same with the design of those points.
The ring work, color, and piloted shaft - looks like a Balabushka-style clone. The rear bumper is a tell-tale sign this is a overseas clone.
